1. Introduction Welcome to the Aranyakam Nature Foundation Video Reel Competition (“Competition”). By registering for the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Competition is organized by the Aranyakam Nature Foundation (“Organizer”), located in Kerala, India.

2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to students currently enrolled in grades 1-12 in any school across Kerala.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian to enter the Competition.
• Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Competition Period The Competition registration opens on [Start Date] and closes on March 31, 2024. All video submissions must be received by April 30, 2024.

4. How to Enter

• Participants must fill out the registration form provided on the Aranyakam Nature Foundation website, including all required information and consents.
• Following registration, participants will receive instructions on how to submit their video entry. Video submissions must adhere to the submission guidelines and be submitted by April 30, 2024.

5. Video Submission Requirements

• Videos must be between 2 to 5 minutes in length, submitted in MP4 format, with a minimum resolution of 720p, and not exceed 100 MB in size.
• The content must focus on the biodiversity of Kerala, be original, and not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Videos in Malayalam must include subtitles if necessary.

6. Judging and Prizes

• Entries will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, informational depth, and technical quality.
• Winners will be announced on June 5th, 2024 on the Organizer’s website and social media platforms.
• Prizes include wildlife safaris, forest cottage stays, and entry to photography workshops. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Intellectual Property

• By submitting a video, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the video in connection with the Competition and for promotional purposes.
• Participants warrant that their submissions are their original work and do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Data Protection

• Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely in connection with the administration of the Competition and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.

9. Liability and Indemnity

• The Organizer will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Competition or acceptance/use of any prize.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from any claims arising out of their entry in the Competition.

10. General

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the registration and submission deadlines and these terms and conditions without notice.

11. Acceptance Participation in the Competition constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
