World Conservation Day is an annual event held on July 28. The day emphasizes the need to preserve a healthy environment and natural resources to maintain a sustainable and healthy society. Protecting endangered plants and animals is one of the primary objectives of World Conservation Day. Besides, the celebrations also emphasize the preservation of various elements of nature like flora, fauna, energy resources, soil, water and air. Also, World Conservation Day highlights the need to protect the environment for future generations. Therefore, we reserve the right to leave a healthy planet for those who come after us to enjoy.
